At Clone Freak, we are committed to delivering high-quality clones to your doorstep in the best possible condition. Below is our shipping policy to help ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  1. Shipping Methods
    We use reputable carriers to ship our clones to ensure they arrive safely and quickly. Depending on your location and order size, your clones will be shipped using express shipping options to minimize transit time and stress on the plants.

  2. Shipping Zones
    We currently ship clones within the US only. 

  3. Delivery Times
    Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays, ensuring that your clones arrive in the freshest possible condition. Typical delivery times range from 1 to 3 business days after shipping. Orders placed after Wednesday noon will be processed the following Monday.

  4. Order Processing Time
    Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Due to the fragile nature of our products, express shipping options may be required for certain orders to ensure the health and quality of the clones upon arrival.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging our hemp clones to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the clones from temperature fluctuations and physical damage during transit.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. Weather Conditions
    We may delay shipments during extreme weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat or cold) to ensure the safety of the plants. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and ship the order as soon as it is safe to do so.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately at sales@clonefreak.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order.

Damaged Shipments

If your hemp clones arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged items, and we will assess the situation and, if applicable, send replacement clones or issue a refund.
