Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your clones. 

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for clones that have been damaged due to improper care, neglect, or exposure to unfavorable environmental conditions after delivery.

  3. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@clonefreak.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and photos of the clones to assess their condition.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. 

  2. Partial Refunds
    In cases where only a portion of the clones is approved for return (due to partial damage or other reasons), a partial refund will be issued accordingly.

  3. Refund Processing Time
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
